TO ALL INDETERMINATE PERSONS, who are believed to have the right to intervene in the Belonging Trial by Ordinary Acquisitive Prescription of Domain formulated by Mr. ELADIO REYES LARA, through his attorney; against SAÚL SILVA TOVAR as determined heir of Mrs. Bertilda Tovar Reyes, Undetermined Heirs of Bertilda Tovar Reyes and undetermined persons, filed under the UNIQUE NUMBER 5000140232202201400186 00, of the property distinguished with Real Estate Registration No. 230-55908 located at Hoy Calle 66 Sur No. 41-11 (formerly M-23 House 5) of the Porfía city neighborhood of Villavicencio-Meta, along with its better uses and annexes legally constituted with an area of 96 square meters and which is included within the following boundaries: . NORTH: with public roads in 6 meters, SOUTH: with lot No. 10 in 6 meters; EAST: With lot No. 6 in an extension of 16 meters, WEST: with lot No. 4 in an extension of 16 meters and encloses. So that they can assert their rights no later than fifteen (15) days following the date on which the site is supplied. They are warned that they will be appointed Guardian Ad Litem if they do not appear on time.
