Registration can be done at the General Directorate of Environmental Management and Health (Edificio Marín – Ciganda corner Treinta y Tres de San José de Mayo), in the municipalities of Rodríguez and Libertad and at the administrative office of Ciudad del Plata, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
You must present a photocopy of your identity card, a photocopy of your health card, and a passport-type photo (updated). The cost is $568, which must be paid at the time of registration. The validity of the card is three years.
Those interested must participate in an informative talk that includes slides and then proceed to take the written test. It is corrected and the card is delivered immediately. People who do not pass the test may repeat it up to two more times, without paying again.
