The surprise came this morning when the Albnumancia portal confirmed that Córdoba CF appears on the list of teams sanctioned by FIFA during three transfer periods. A sanction imposed since this same month of June. As ABC has learned, The sanction exists and is due to an error in the contract of a green and white player.

In January 2022, Córdoba made the signing of the central Ferny Mosquera for your subsidiary. The player arrived at the green and white club from Aston Villa in Colombia. In the drafting of his contract, the previous Córdoba board of directors did not include an express waiver of his training rights and he was made a professional record. The Colombian club now claims the rights in an amount of around 100,000 euros.

However, it has a solution. Córdoba will be able to sign this summer if they pay the amount. However, the club is studying the possibility of claiming said amount from the previous board for the error committed.
