Bolívar Notaries move their offices to the banks of the Magdalena River

The Superintendence of Notaries and Registration (SNR) has joined the campaign ‘Navigating to the Heart of Magdalena: I Fall in Love with Bolívar’. During this initiative, notaries from the department will leave their offices to offer directly and free of charge the civil birth registration service in six remote communities that live on the banks of the Magdalena River.
