This initiative is done in accordance with the law that now prohibits bullfighting in the country. And seek to have cultural spaces in the bullrings.
“Today in Duitama we took another step together with the National Director of Prosperity, Gustavo Bolívar and the mayor of Duitama, José Luis Bohórquez, “We announced a call to the mayors of the municipalities to have a budget to reconvert these spaces and have places for cultural events.”
