On day 13 of the search for Loan Danilo Peñathe five-year-old boy missing in the province of Corrientes, the president Javier Milei met this Wednesday with the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, in order to evaluate the latest research advances.
The meeting between the two was shared by the official through her social networks, where she published a photo in which they are seen reading some of the evidence collected so far in the case that began earlier this week. It went to federal justice.
As explained by the person in charge of the Security portfolio in her post, the meeting with the head of state was to provide him with a status of situation detailed. In this sense, it is the first time that the liberal president shows publicly following the case.
“I met with President Javier Milei to provide him with a detailed status of the work we are carrying out in the search for Loan. During the meeting, I explained all the actions we have taken so far, highlighting the tireless efforts of our team and all the people involved,” Bullrich wrote in his X account.
In line with what she already said in recent days, the minister – who has just returned from Goya, where she traveled to learn about the details of the investigation – added: “We are using all available resources to find Loan. “The guilty are going to pay for this behind bars.”
The case for Loan’s disappearance went to Federal jurisdiction in the last few hours. And although the detainees are accused of the crime of collection for exploitation purposes, No line of investigation is ruled out.
