This Saturday, June 29, the Provincial Convention of the UCR of La Pampa will carry out the second edition of the “Provincial Health Day”, in which prominent exponents will participate. The meeting will be at 2:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the Radical Committee at 534 Pellegrini Street, in the city of Santa Rosa.
The event, which is free and in-person, is open to people involved in the fields of politics, government management and health, as well as to the general public interested in the subject.
Regarding the activity, the president of the UCR Convention of La Pampa, Román Molín, said: “The activity arises from the concern we have in relation to the exercise of control functions of the municipalities that make up our provincial geography, with respect to health. For this reason, from the Health Commission of the Provincial Convention of the UCR we organized this intense day for the analysis and drafting of proposals. We are going to address the issues related to municipal functions and the areas where to focus control.”
Finally, Molín stressed: “The event is aimed at two things: on the one hand, the issue of public health and, on the other, the powers that the municipalities of La Pampa have. We warn of the risks that they entail for public health, from the point of view of prevention and development.”

• ”Healthy Municipalities: one Health”. “Zoonosis and healthy carnage.” Led by veterinary doctors Nicola Manzanel and Gastón Pantanali. There will be space for questions. Moderator: Leandro Ceresolle.
• ”Unhealthy Habits: promotion and prevention as municipal policy.” With Lic. Gustavo Gheller and moderation by Leandro Ceresolle.
