A 12 year old boy had to be hospitalized after receiving an electric shock. The event occurred this Thursday in the Nuestro Hogar 3 neighborhood, south of the city of Córdoba. After the domestic incident, the boy remains supervised but is now out of danger.
At around 11 o’clock, the little boy was going down the stairs of his house, and it was at that moment that the child leaned on an internal pillar of the house and suffered an electrocution. As a result of the shock, the child fell and was left lying face down on the floor.
According to Cadena 3, the neighbors noticed the incident and alerted the mother of the injured man. When she arrived home, the woman found her son unconscious and decided to notify the police and the emergency medical services.
Upon arriving at the scene, the medical staff confirmed that it was an electrocution and decided to transfer the child to the Misericordia Hospital. There, the doctors examined the patient and decided that he should remain hospitalized.
In an interview with the aforementioned media outlet, hospital authorities confirmed that the child is in good health and has no heart problems or significant injuries. Despite his excellent condition, the boy will remain hospitalized to be observed by doctors.
