STPS grants 13.9 million pesos to San Luis Potosí to strengthen Conciliation Centers

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security (STPS) and the Government of San Luis Potosí signed a agreement for the granting of a subsidy aimed at the creation, strengthening and improvement of the Conciliation Centers in the entity.

This agreement, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), specifies 13 million 918 thousand 928.07 pesos intended to facilitate the resolution of conflicts between workers and employers outside of court.

How will resources be delivered to the Conciliation Centers?

On the other hand, the state government must issue a electronic receipt validated by the Secretary of Finance to confirm the receipt and correct use of the funds, which will subsequently be sent to the STPS via email.
