These activities, according to the Municipal Administration, will be carried out around Lake Sochagota. In addition, there will be a great gastronomic exhibition, “with the best dishes in the municipality.”
“We want locals and visitors to have a choice, to be able to do
different activities and enjoy three days with family and friends, in the best
Paipa stage, Lake Sochagota, at the same time, that they are spokespersons for the importance

9:00 am to 12:00 am: Opening of the Gastronomic and Craft Fair in the Ronda del
Sochagota Lake. Recreational Activities at Lake Sochagota, with the support of
Colsubsidio and IERD and opening of the winners’ exhibition First Call
Meeting of Paipano Artists: Plastic and Audiovisual Arts, at the
Pablo Solano Auditorium.
9:00 am: Departmental Canoeing League Demonstration, on the Lake
Sochagota. Support IERD – Boyacá Canoe League.
11:00 am: Skate Park Festival, at SkatePark Paipa. Support IERD and
Paipa Youth Coordination.
12:00 am: Lunch at Lake Sochagota. Organized by Aguinaldo Paipano
2:00 pm: National Peasant Music Competition ‘Una Canta al Sochagota’,
presentation of the Participating Groups Category Amateurs and
Professionals.
7:30 pm: Deliberation and Award Ceremony of the National Music Competition
Campesina ‘Una Canta al Sochagota’ and closing with Guest Group,
‘Carrampeta’ Carranga + Champeta. Supports Mixed Culture Fund of
Boyacá.
Sunday, June 30th
6:30 am Family Walk. Departure from Jaime Rook Park, and arrival at the Lake
Sochagota.
7:00 am Baby Soccer Cup, all day at the Cedar soccer fields.
