ISSUE: Treatment of the Proceedings No. 7611/N/24, Note initiated by the Municipal Executive Department (Secretariat of Smart City and Digital Transformation), whose subject is: “SENDING THE GOAL PLAN CORRESPONDING TO THE PERIOD 2023-2027, IN THE TERMS OF ORDINANCE N° 11942 AND AMENDMENTS – GOAL PLAN GOVERNMENT-“.
DAY: July 2, 2024
SCHEDULE: 9:00 a.m.
PLACE: Deliberative Council of the city of Córdoba, located at Pasaje Comercio N° 447.
MODALITY: The Public Hearing will be held under the “hybrid modality”: in person and telematically via the Zoom Platform. Attendees may register in the “Virtual Public Hearing Participant Registry”, which will operate on the City Council website. www.cdcordoba.gob.ar, “Public Hearing” until the time scheduled for its start; or in person at the General Secretary of Commissions of the Deliberative Council of the city of Córdoba or by telephone at 4201500 extension 9625 and 3512189127 starting on Friday, June 28 of this year from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
To participate in the Public Hearing, interested parties must register, providing all their data; each registration is personal and non-transferable. At that time, the interested party must state whether he/she will participate as a speaker or listener, and whether he/she will do so in a personal capacity or as a representative of an institution. In the case of institutions, only one (1) speaker is allowed to represent them. A file containing a document with the information considered pertinent may be attached.
Those speakers who are duly registered and who have expressed the option of speaking may speak for a period of up to five (5) minutes; and in the shift assigned to them.
Those registered who do not speak, and the general public, will be able to follow the Public Hearing live on the official channel of the Deliberative Council on the YouTube platform.
REGULATIONS AND BACKGROUND: He Proceedings No. 7611/N/24 took parliamentary status in the Ordinary Session No. 9, dated May 9, 2024, and the call is made in accordance with the terms of Ordinances No. 11709 and its amendment and 11942 and its amendment and the Internal Regulations of the Deliberative Council. The Public Hearing was called through the Decree “L0941” dated June 25, 2024.
