This is the case of Our secret, the exclusive grill that operates in the gardens of the Four Seasons Hotel Mansion with strict reservation because it is among the most coveted restaurants in the City.
It has the particularity of being under the command of a grill since its beginnings. This is Pato Ramos who on this occasion will offer three options: narrow steak carpaccio on chipá mbocá ($5,000); cutthroat sweetbread sandwich ($7,000) and Wagyu pastrami, beef from a premium Japanese breed characterized by its flavor, tenderness and juiciness ($8,000).

Another notable grill is Lo de Jesús, a Palermo restaurant that has already celebrated its 70th anniversary and that under the tutelage of the prestigious chef Darío Gualtieri was updated to new trends in meat.
