06/28/2024. According to the agreement signed with the union representatives, the increase will be paid from June to September. With June salaries, public employees will receive a 9% increase, taking into account that the last inflation rate was 4.2%.

Within the framework of the 2024 collective bargaining negotiations, Provincial Government and the state unions agreed to a 33% salary increase for police officers. Public administration.

The signed agreement establishes that the 33% increase will be settled from June to September with the following percentages:

-9% with June earnings

-9% with July salaries

-6% with August salaries

-9% with September salaries

The salary offer made by the Province took the provincial and national economic context as a parameter and based on dialogue the parties reached consensus.

According to the agreement signed with the union representatives, with June salaries, public employees will be paid with an increase of 9%, taking into account that the last inflation rate was 4.2%.

During the meeting, it was highlighted that Salta is one of the provinces that maintains open collective bargaining negotiations and a permanent dialogue with the different sectors, and the example of the reinstatement of the Teacher Incentive was given, which until the end of the year will be paid with provincial funds and which has been renamed the Temporary Teacher Compensation.

The Administrative Coordinator of the Government participated in the meeting, Nicholas Demitropulos; Sergio Camachoin charge of the Coordination of Liaison and Political Relations; the Ministers of Economy and Public Services, Roberto Dib Ashur: Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Cristina Fiore and Public Health, Federico Mangione; the secretary of Human Resources Management, Eilif Riise; the institutional and Administration secretary of the Ministry of Education, Eduardo Costello and the Undersecretary of the Integrated HR System, Paul Blanco.

Agreement for Centralized Administration

After having brought positions closer together in different previous instances of dialogue and negotiations with part of the representative sector of the staff of the Centralized Provincial Public Administration, in agreement with each and every one of the parties, it was established:

-An increase of $10,000 (ten thousand pesos) for Transfer Expenses and $10,000 (ten thousand pesos) for the Centralized Dedication item, which will be paid with the salaries corresponding to the month of June. These values ​​will be increased according to the agreed percentages for subsequent months.

-It is agreed that for the months of June, July, August, September and October of this year, the sum of $7,700 (seven thousand seven hundred pesos) per month will be deducted from the additional liquidation item 600 or 300 (whichever is applicable) and $9,225 (nine thousand two hundred twenty-five pesos) will be added to the base salary of each grouping of the general pay scale. The difference in the amounts stated is intended to ensure that the agent does not suffer any reduction in his net salary. It is clarified that these values ​​will be increased according to the percentages agreed upon for the following months.

Starting in July 2024, the Administrative Career Subcommittee of the Central Negotiating Commission will establish the conditions and schedule for the incorporation into the State Temporary Staff of the contractors and agents who signed Collaboration Agreements with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology.
