The National Police, in its constant work for the city, has achieved the capture of two women known as “Las Manitas de Seda” in the central sector of Bucaramanga.

Isirley, 37, and her daughter Brenda, 18, were arrested for the crime of theft through tickling, a technique that allowed them robbing multiple men without their victims realizing it.

The operation took place on 34th Street and 18th Avenue in the Centro neighborhood.moments after that The suspects robbed a citizen. This capture was possible thanks to the timely information provided by the community and the detailed monitoring carried out by the uniformed officers of the People and Territory Oriented Police Service Model. During the operation, the stolen objects were recovered.
