The Ministry of Human Capital sent food and blankets to the provinces of Santa Cruz, Chubut, Neuquén and Río Negro that have been affected for days by the worst storm of snow and extreme cold in the last 60 years.

As reported, through coordinated work, Human Capital, the Ministry of Defense and the Vice Chief of Staff of the Interior sent two Hercules planes to Santa Cruz and Chubut with clothing, supplies and assistance; and trucks with clothes and shoes to Río Negro and Neuquén, in the context of the most serious storm in the last 60 years, which affects the provinces with intense snowfall and extreme cold.

This Friday a plane took off from El Palomar airport to Santa Cruz with food and blankets. Also a truck with clothes and shoes headed to the province of Río Negro. Days ago, another Hercules also took off with a similar cargo bound for Chubut; at the time when a truck with a coat, slippers, blankets and rolls of nylon was sent to Neuquén.

In addition, the Government approved two National Treasury Contributions (ATNs) for the provinces of Santa Cruz and Chubut for three billion pesos each.
