Winter has arrived and with it the different proposals organized by the Municipality through the Salta Deportes Agency to spend this season of the year with pure exercise and fun.
From today, June 28, until July 5, registration is open for the Winter Vacation Camps that will take place from July 10 to 19.
Sports and recreational activities are aimed at children aged 7 to 13. The designated places are the Xamena and Vitale municipal complexes and the Perón swimming pool, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The latter will also have a space for senior citizens.
In addition, the colonies will be inclusive, since children and older adults who have a disability can also sign up.
It should be noted that, during the winter season, the holiday camps are dry, that is, without the use of swimming pools, due to the low temperatures.
Registration is limited, free of charge, and must be done in person at the complex the child attends, and in the case of seniors, only at Perón.
“The idea, in addition to children and older adults learning and having fun, is also that parents who continue working during the winter holidays have somewhere to leave their children and that they are happy,” said Ezequiel Barraguirre, president of the Salta Deportes Agency.
Requirements for registering for summer camps
- Photocopy of ID
- Physical fitness
- Signature of mother, father or guardian
- Age: 7 to 13 and older adults
