In order to avoid the apocryphal issuance, the Chamber of Deputies ruled on the need for the Ministry of Public Health to implement the inclusion of a special module in the Salta Federal Health System (Sa.Fe.Sa) for the digital signature of medical certificates,
The Declaration, which was approved unanimously, was supported by deputy Bernardo Biella. The medical legislator specified on the premises that “the issuance and sale of apocryphal certificates” is an issue that worries all citizens and that harms both the public and private sectors.
Biella warned that with the issuance of false certificates “there is great concern in different areas, since it generates absenteeism in the workplace, which causes a cost that affects the provincial State, the National State and private companies.”
In this regard, the deputy explained that, by incorporating the special module in the Federal Health System of Salta (Sa.Fe.Sa), it will have a legal tool to guarantee greater transparency and security in the issuance of certifications, in addition to granting the doctor the possibility of accessing the patient’s medical history.
Misdemeanor Court
Through a Declaration, the Chamber of Deputies also asked the municipal Executive and the Deliberative Council of Cafayate to carry out the necessary steps to create and put into operation an Administrative Court of Offences.
The deputy for Cafayate, Patricio Peñalba, raised the need to create a Court of Offenses in the municipality of Cafayate, in accordance with its Municipal Organic Charter, and stressed the importance of this body for the community and the significance it will have in advancing towards the professionalization of control processes, guaranteeing the construction of citizenship, public order, transparency and social coexistence.
“It is very clear that we are talking about purely municipal powers. Cafayate has its Organic Charter and it provides for the creation of the Court of Offences,” said Peñalba.
An energy service
The Chamber of Deputies asked the provincial Executive to provide electricity to the Amaicha health post, a place in the Molinos municipality. Deputy Fabio López stressed the importance of guaranteeing this service for a better provision of the health system.
