He recalled that the amount paid by the user is lower than the technical rate, since the Municipality of Valledupar and the Department of Cesar subsidize part of the fare through the Tariff Stabilization Fund.
This news comes as residents of different neighborhoods of the city are still waiting for the implementation of routes such as: Villa Jaidith, Cicerón Maestre, near the La Popa Battalion, El Limonar, Villa Maruamake, sectors of Av. Los Militares, among others.
