LOGROÑO, June 29. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Territorial Deanery of Registrars of La Rioja has launched a pioneering clear language strategy with the aim of improving communication and attention to citizens. This approach focuses on making the Registry’s documents and communications more understandable and accessible to all users, regardless of their training or experience in legal matters.

Plain language is a method that seeks to eliminate technical jargon and simplify complex terms, using simple grammatical structures and accessible vocabulary. This practice not only facilitates understanding, but also improves transparency and efficiency in communication between the Administration and citizens.

With this initiative, the Registrars of La Rioja aim to ensure that all people can clearly understand the information they receive, which is essential to exercise their rights and comply with their obligations effectively.

The Dean of the Registrars of La Rioja, Pilar Oliva, has pointed out that “the objective is that each citizen can easily understand the documents issued by the Registry. By using clear language, we are taking an important step towards a closer and more accessible Administration. Training and the implementation of this strategy will allow us to provide a better service and strengthen the confidence of citizens in our institutions.”

The clear language strategy begins with specialized training provided by the company Cálamo&Cran, a leader in the field of training and consulting in clear language. This training program is designed to train both registrars and registry staff in clear language techniques and practices, ensuring that all documents and communications prepared comply with these standards of the UNE-ISO 24495-1:2024 standard. , clear language.

With this initiative, the Registrars of La Rioja join an international trend in the Administration, which seeks to make communication more direct and understandable for everyone. This strategy will not only benefit citizens, but will also optimize internal processes and contribute to more efficient and transparent management.
