“July is coming” with series and movie premieres on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and more: take note

July is just around the corner (as the famous memes announce) on social media for several days) and platforms streaming as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Universal+ prepare to launch new series and seasons of some of their most anticipated productions.

From sequels to popular series to literary adaptations, this month promises to keep viewers glued to their screens. Take note of what your favorite app has in store for the next few days:

Netflix: The long-awaited continuation of The first time and Cobra Kai

Finally, Universal+ will premiere the series Apples Never Fall, based on the best seller by Liane Moriarty on July 16.

Starring celebrities Annette Bening (Nyad) and Sam Neill (Jurassic Park), this story follows the seemingly perfect Delaney family, whose life is shaken up when mother, Joy, mysteriously disappears.

With a cast that includes Alison Brie (Mad Men) and Jake Lacy (The White Lotus), the series explores the family’s dark secrets and the tensions that emerge in the wake of Joy’s disappearance.
