Steve Vai has explained why he does not compose accessible rock music in an interview with Dorm Damage.
“I like accessible rock, but I don’t compose that. When I put myself into it, I can, but for me it’s not something totally natural. I feel like there’s something else, you have something inside you or something like that to see this. For If I really want to be satisfied, I’m going to put myself in a specific creative mental space and I’m going to release an album like “Inviolate”, something that floats my boat. I love that album.

Steve Vai released on January 27, 2023 on CD and digital format and on February 24 on vinyl through Mascot Records a new unreleased album with Johnny “Gash” Sombretto titled “The Unreleased Rock Album” recorded 30 years ago.

The leader of ANNIHILATOR Jeff Waters has revealed that he will release three solo albums under the name AMERIKAN KAOS in this 2024, 2025 and 2026.
The first will be called “Armageddon Boogie” and will be released on April 26, the second will be “All That Jive” which will be released in March 2025, and the third, “The Sheeple Swing”, will do the same in March 2026 .
About ANNIHILATOR has said that he will celebrate the 35th anniversary of “Alice In Hell” in 2025 and also the anniversary of the second album “Never, Neverland”.
Waters will be accompanied by the singer Stu Blockthe bassist Rich Gray and the guitarist Aaron Homma.
Waters said in June that he was preparing a new job ANNIHILATOR.
Their latest album “Metal II” appeared on February 18, 2022 through earMUSIC.
