What is certain is that the pressure from the followers for the return of Linkin Park to the stages you feel. The big (and sad) problem is the task of replacing the deceased Chester Bennington.
The new rumor points to Amy readsvocalist of Evanescence. In a recent interview with friends of iHeart Radio, Amy admits to being flattered that her name has come up: “They didn’t tell me anything. No, Linkin Park He didn’t contact me or anything like that. But I’m a huge fan and I feel like our worlds, our fan bases, are largely the same people.”
The vocalist remembers that both bands met at one point in the studio and that she had the opportunity to meet Bennington: “That’s very nice. I don’t know if we were at a festival together or something like that. We met. We met in the studio when we were making Fallen and I had a brief conversation with Chester. “It was very nice.”
Amy concludes by leaving open the possibility of collaborating with the band: “But no, it’s not true. But it’s incredible. They should ask me. I don’t have much free time, but I could do it part-time.”
