SEPULTURA drummer Greyson Nekrutman ends concert with bloody fingers

The musician cut himself during a performance and had to wear a glove

The new drummer GRAVE, Greyson Nekrutman-who replaces Eloy Casagrande since his unexpected departure of the Brazilian group in February – suffered finger injuries at the band’s concert on April 12 in Panama City.

The musician ended the performance with the bloody hands. On social networks he shared the following message:

“To those who wonder why I had to finish the tour with a gloveI can tell you that after three songs of the first show I cut my fingers hitting against China. I use two Chinas with this battery and I changed the grip at the last second, so I I cut a good piece of the inside of the fingers“.

Greyson Nekrutmana member of SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, is accompanying SEPULTURA on their farewell tour after the departure of Eloy Casagrande.

Nekrutman, in addition to being a member of SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, is known for his work as a drummer for Jazz from New York. Since 2019 she has participated in several big bands of Jazz and has performed numerous collaborations and live sessions for bands of all genres. Additionally, he is very active on Instagram, where he posts covers and solos.

In these performances the group will record a 40th anniversary album. “Quadra” was his last studio album.

In Europe SEPULTURA will tour with JINJER, OBITUARY and JESUS ​​PIECE. At the moment there are no dates in Spain corresponding to this European tour “Celebrating Life Through Death“.
