This Sunday Red Bull Batalla will have the last regional competition of the season at La Sala de las Artes. The number one Spanish-speaking freestyle competition has Argentina as one of the 19 countries that are part of the circuit and one of the venues for the nine National Finals.
To access national competitions, each country and region has different classification processes. This year, Argentina organized regional finals in several provinces. So far, they have been held in Córdoba and Buenos Aires, and the last regional final will be held in Rosario this Sunday, at 6 p.m., in the Sala de las Artes (Suipacha Bis 98).
The list of local qualifiers includes Replik, Dac, Shecka, Exe Dk, Auge, Pelin Apc, Grippo, 747, Bette, Trs, Franko La Parka, Shinovi Sambrailo, Flama Rapper, Cobe Clk, Leon Y Luis Farias.
Red Bull Batalla contributes to the dissemination and popularization of hip-hop and freestyle culture in various parts of the world. Furthermore, through these qualifying stages, it provides a platform for emerging artists to showcase their skills and talents.
From this regional the three finalists will emerge who will participate in the grand National Final that will take place on October 19. The jury will be made up of: Brasita, rapper with great experience in the world of freestyle and biology teacher; Tata, with more than 15 years in the world of freestyle, has established himself not only as a two-time national Red Bull Batalla champion, but also as a freestyle legend, being one of the MCs for whom entire generations began to improvise, and Gabino, jury and organizer of Elite Free, one of the most popular tournaments in the city of Rosario. They will evaluate the ability of the competitors regarding their flow, metrics, creativity and ingenuity.
The host of the regional will be Shulio, a prominent figure in the underworld who had his opportunity as a host last year and did not disappoint. Among many of his participations in the scene, he stands out for being the one in charge of running DEM Argentina. In addition, he has organized freestyle events in plazas throughout the country. PachaOne will be the DJ, another of the figures that will give life to this edition.
