The Univision television channel announced the nominees in the 21st edition of the Premios Juventud, which will be held on July 25, 2024 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum of Puerto Rico, in San Juan. A total of 153 artists are on the list to win the different awards, highlighting those of Colombian nationality, who received the majority of nominations.
Maluma leads the nominations along with Mexican singers Carin León and Peso Pluma, who have seven nominations each, in categories such as Male Artist of Premios Juventud, La Mix Perfecta (an award that rewards the best collaboration of the year) and Best Pop/Urban Song , among other.

Meanwhile, Colombians Shakira and Karol G, due to the success of their songs and the release of their albums in 2024, have six nominationswhile American Becky G and Mexican group Grupo Frontera have five each.
Other national artists who were nominated for the event that rewards the best of Latin music are the national singer Feid and the Monterian performer Manuel Turizo, who seek to win the OMG Collaboration, Best Urban Track and Best Regional Mexican Fusion category, respectively.
In this 21st edition of the Premios Juventud, Colombian artists received more than 20 nominations, making it the country with the most Hispanic entertainment people selected to win the statuette. Likewise, this year, the awards organized by the Univisión network will recognize the work of social media content creators in new categories “to highlight those who are causing a sensation in culture,” according to a press release.
Fans will be able to vote for their favorite artists from the moment the nominations for the 31 categories are announced until July 8 on the official Univision website.
