These are the XX bands confirmed so far for the 70000TONS OF METAL, the largest metal cruise in the world

One more year, the world capital of cruises, the American Miami, will be the starting point for the impressive Independence of the Seasa ship that will host performances by 60 of the best metal bands from around the world to shape a new edition of the largest metal cruise in the world, the prestigious 70000 TONS OF METAL, which already has twenty outstanding bands on its lineup.

The journey will begin on the day January 30, 2025 and will end February 3rd after having visited the Jamaican coast of Eight rivers on a journey that will be enlivened by the most powerful metal discharges on the largest open-air stage structure in the world that sails the open seas. 120 concerts in total, one on the outbound and one on the return journey for each confirmed group, await attendees.

The list of confirmed bands begins with the most recent additions, none other than HammerFall and Arctic Sonatato which we must add names as interesting as those of Unleash the Archers, Decapitated, Arcturus and Subway to Sally, the latter celebrating the 20th anniversary of ‘North North East’.

Previously we found confirmations of the actions that will take place on the four stages that the ship will have Stratovarius with two special concerts playing the album ‘Visions’ and a selection of their best songs, Tankard, Candlemass celebrating their “40 Years Of Doom”, Delain, Emperor with special concerts ‘In the Nightside Eclipse’ and ‘Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk’, Flotsam & Jetsam also with special concerts ‘Doomsday for the Deceiver’ and ‘No Place for Disgrace’, In Extremo celebrating its thirtieth anniversary, Samael playing the albums ‘Ceremony of Opposites’ and ‘Passage’, Septicflesh, Benighted presenting the album ‘Carnivore Sublime’, Kalmah playing the albums ‘They Will Return’ and ‘Swampsong’, Majestica, The Kovenant playing the album ‘Nexus Polaris’, and Beyond Creation.

In addition to the benefits of being able to enjoy a gigantic and luxurious cruise in the best metal environment, the jacuzzi in front of the Pool Deck Stage, the Caribbean beaches and the many activities proposed, 70000 TONS OF METAL continues working to improve the festival experience and its concern for the environment, with the option to purchase a CO2 Offset available when reserving the private cabin or the individual ticket. Funds raised through the CO2 Offset Program go towards the project Greentrippers Improved Cookstoves in Ghana project.
