tvN’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama “Serendipity’s Embrace” has shared a clip from its script reading!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Serendipity’s Embrace” will tell the story of young people who find true love and their dreams after accidentally running into their first love from 10 years ago. Kim So Hyun stars as Lee Hong Joo, an animation producer who is afraid of love due to painful memories from her previous relationship and who undergoes an unexpected change after running into Kang Hoo Young (Chae Jong Hyeop), who witnessed some of her lowest moments from her past.
The video offers a glimpse into the dynamics of Lee Hong Joo and Kang Hoo Young’s relationship. While Kang Hoo Young earnestly confesses his feelings by saying, “It’s never been a joke to me. Whether it’s now or 10 years ago. I liked you then and I still like you now,” Lee Hong Joo maintains her indifference towards him and says, “I didn’t like you then and I still don’t like you now.”
Kang Hoo Young’s sweet lines continue to bring blushes and laughter to the cast, giving viewers a preview of the drama’s vibe and themes.
