Who is Julio Vaccari

The coach born in Santa Fe is 43 years old. His first steps were at Club Atlético Paz in the Southern Sports League, an amateur tournament. First as a central marker – injuries forced him to retire at the age of 26 – and then as a physical trainer and coach.
