With the aim of reaffirming the commitment to strengthening the rule of law and the culture of legality at the local level, the municipal president, Pepe Chedraui BudiB, headed the installation and protest of the technical-legal analysis committee of the municipality of Puebla,
This committee will serve as a technical and consultation body, in charge of analyzing, studying and proposing legal actions, with the aim of guaranteeing the update, interpretation and uniform application of the municipal legal framework. His work will be key to promoting solid legal practices that reinforce citizen governance and trust in public institutions.
During the event, the municipal president said that having an analysis committee will help improve the efficiency of the public administration to promote social justice and timely attention to citizens as the governor has done Alejandro Armenta.
-“In the sessions that we will hold throughout the year, with the participation of the holders of the legal areas and units of the Municipal Public Administration, possible legal actions will be analyzed and proposed that allow the update and uniform application of the legal framework that governs our municipality,” he said.
Enrique Juárez Vasconcelos, legal advisor to the Office of the Presidency, who assumes responsibility as president of this body, highlighted the importance of having mechanisms that allow strengthening The local legal framework, ensuring that the rules and regulations are aligned with the current needs of the municipality. He also recognized the disposition of the members of the Committee to contribute their experience and knowledge for the benefit of the city of Puebla.
