Detectives of the Montgomery County Police Department, investigation section of the district, Davion Gray, 23 years old and resident of Gaithersburg, for a shooting that occurred on Monday, April 21 in Rockville Pike’s 11500.

At approximately 9:54 pm, agents of the second district went to the place after receiving a shooting report, according to the police statement.

The investigation revealed that a of people argued with an man in the parking lot. The group physically the victim, whom Gray at the upper and lower part of the body and left the place.

The victim suffered serious injuries and was transferred to a hospital in the area.

During the investigation, the detectives identified Gray as a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant, accusing him of an attempt to murder in the second degree, degree aggression and use of a firearm in the of the serious crime.

Gray was arrested and transferred to the processing unit of Montgomery County, where he is detained without bail.
