The head of state, in an unprecedented situation, broke the protocol in the middle of the public event in the Catatumbo, taking the floor and throwing several darts against Bolívar, who renounced the Directorate of Social Prosperity (DPS).
In that sense, the president said that official who renounces his administration must go and therefore his replacement arrives. Petro’s discomfort that filed for an intervention made by Bolivar prior to the statement of the Head of State.
