Together with the 31 Special Modernization Programs (PEM) Breaking – not all are new – that will receive this year about 3.8 billion of the total planned, the Plan also includes investments to improve capacities of the armed forces and acquire material and ammunition necessary. Stresses for example, in the first pillar, the point of Modernization and improvement of training capabilities With 928 million euros for simulators, the improvement of the media of electronic warfare, IFF systems for helicopters or the design of a pod for air combat.
In the third pillar, the 565 million euros also stand out to increase the ammunition and explosive reserve of the Armed forces.
