The Bilab 2025 forum is a Reflection and learning space on mental health and well -being in the workplace. This first edition focuses on the prevention of addictive behaviors at work, addressing strategies for early detection, awareness and improvement of the work environment.

The consumption of substances such as alcohol, tobacco or psychotropic, along with behavioral addictions, digital hyperconnectivity or online game, can generate a negative impact on personal well -being and team dynamics. Organized by Project Man La Riojathis forum seeks to sensitize companies and administrations about psychosocial risks and offer effective tools for prevention.
