Article 4. The sanctions for breach of the provisions of this decree may consist of:
- I. Temporary or definitive suspension of the event;
- II. Fine of up to 700 times the value of the unit of measure and update in force; and,
- III. Temporary or definitive closure of the establishment, and where appropriate, revocation of the license or permit.
