The award that recognizes the best of national music will have its annual ceremony on May 28, and this Thursday the nominees were announced in their different categories, including the always coveted album of the year. Among the prominent, Entre Ríos will have a special presence with Ke characters and Emilia Mernes as provincial representatives.
The native band of Concepción del Uruguay, led by Emmanuel Noir, was nominated in the best tropical song/cumbia category thanks to the single “Skin”, released in February 2024, in collaboration with Tiago Pzk. An important recognition for a group that continues to consolidate in the National Circuit.
For her part, Emilia Mernes, the artist born in Nogoyá, accumulates multiple nominations that reflect her great professional moment and her growing influence on the contemporary music scene.

This recognition adds to the fact that Emilia was named by Spotify as the most listened to the most listened to 2024, an achievement that confirms her enormous popularity and impact on the young public.
According to the list released by the Argentine Chamber of Fonograms and Videograms Producers (Capif), the artist with more nominations in this edition is Milo J, who adds nine applications.

In the album category of the year, the nominees are Charly García for the logic of the scorpion, Milo J by 166, Dillom by Cesárea, Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso for a water bath and thunder for the last dance. A selection that brings together different generations and musical styles.
Meanwhile, the best song of the year will be played between artists of great call: María Becerra for “Imán (Two of Us)”, Nicki Nicole for “Green Eyes”, luck Ra and Khea for “Hi Lost”, Bizarrap and LUCK RA for “Bzrp Music Sessions. Vol. 61”, Milo J For “3 sins” “Surgery”, Airbag for “View you closely”, thunder for “Real Gangsta Love”, Yami Safdie and Lasso for “in another life”, and Luciano Pereyra for “my first love.”
Finally, in the best new artist category will compete Olivia Wald, Dum Chica, Juana Rozas, Margarita and the K-Pop K4os group, demonstrating the diversity of proposals that enrich the Argentine music scene.
