The First Chamber of the Court of Appeals of Santiago decreed the preventive detention for Daniel Sauer and kept the total house arrest for María Leonarda Villalobos, both charged by the Audio/Factop case.
The Court gave as accredited “the existence of the crimes and the participation of both in the commission of the facts” that are charged.
Why did the Court revoked the house arrest to Sauer? The prosecutor Juan Pablo Araya He pointed out that “to the seriousness of the crimes for which the assigned penalties has been formalized;
