The most tattooed man in Brazil has made a radical decision and has been erased all his tattoos with those who came to cover almost his entire body. Its appearance is unrecognizable.
With more than 170 tattoos, Leandro de Souza managed to have the recognition of “the most tattooed man” in Brazil. With only 35 years, He had 95 % of his body covered with ink, as he began to fill his body when he was a teenager.

According to different interviews given to Brazilian media, De Souza began to tattoo at age 13 as a way of demonstrating rebellion. For him this was a lifestyle. These first images embodied in their body were influenced by their favorite rock groups such as Guns N´ Roses, Nirvana and Metallica.
Reaching the figure of 175 tattoosthe ink became an extension of its personality, however this would change from 2023 when De Souza made the decision to initiate another stage in his life.
In an interview with the Brazilian media O´Globomotivated by a desire to leave old customs associated with the consumption of hallucinogens and in a search for a spiritual transformation, found a new perspective of life in evangelical religion.
-“I didn’t feel good, it didn’t suit me. It was a world of excesses. There came a time when I felt like a circus attraction,” The 35 -year -old man said mentioned above, recognizing that experienced drug use such as cocaine, ecstasy, LSD and alcohol.
How was the process of removing tattoos?
In that change of lifestyle, the most radical decision of the Brazilian has been the elimination of tattoos that covered 95 % of its body.
