
Editor Peru and the national Library of Peru (BNP) opened on Thursday the exhibition ‘The eternal Nobel’ in tribute to the literary and personal legacy of the writer Mario Vargas Llosa, which can be visited free of charge for free for a month in the great public library of Lima, located in block 4 of Abancay Avenue, in the Cercado de Lima. ‘
The exhibition brings together photographs and historical covers that portray different moments of his life, as well as a selection of literary works of the Peruvian author.

Félix Paz, general manager and director of journalistic media of Editora Peru, explained that the exhibition originated from the cover published by the official Gazette El Peruano after the death of the Peruvian Nobel.
“With this work we seek that citizens also know the work and publications that the Official Gazette of the Peruvian has made about this remarkable Peruvian”, Said in statements to the Andean agency.
He added that Editora Peru contributed different pieces between covers, pages and photographs from the Official Gazette and the Institution’s Documentation Center.

“To the exhibition are added historical books, books that are cultural or documentary heritage of the nation, that citizens will be able to observe here in the great public library of Lima,” Indian.
Paz stressed that this joint work seeks to bring citizens closer to the legacy of Mario Vargas Llosa and foster the habit of reading. “Our commitment is to promote that Peruvians read, and what better tribute to such an important man, to our eternal Nobel, which has undoubtedly been an icon within national history”he said.

For his part, Ana Peña, institutional head of the BNP, highlighted the value of exposure as a cultural experience for all types of public, especially for young people. In dialogue with the Andean agencycommented: “As of today they will have a sample here, a little of what has been the life and work of our Nobel.”
The official considered that the library is not only a heritage space, but also a living place that provides access to knowledge in an attractive way.
“The library is a space of knowledge, it is fun because it allows us to have information, have knowledge and exercise our rights”he stressed.
The free admission exhibition can be visited from Monday to Saturday for approximately one month. At the close, Peña invited all citizens to approach: “Visit the library because the library changes us as people, changes the community and will build a better country.”
