In the framework of the Great Mission Quadrants of Peace, officials of the Rural Police Service of the Aragua state, belonging to the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), recovered four explosive artifacts that were in the hands of two subjects belonging to the criminal gang «Los Chevrolet” in the population of Villa Cura, Aragua state.
According to official sources, the artifacts were located in the wooded area of the Malpica-El Toro sector, during a saturation deployment in that town.
According to the information provided, the personnel of the Rural Police entered that community in order to dismant Dávila, head of the Division of the Rural Police.
In this context, the agents of the Rural Police in Aragua, who are under the command of C/G Luis Figueroa Rodríguez, state commissioner of the CCEPE coordinator of the PNB of the Aragua State and the state coordinator of the Aragua Rural Police Service, Commissioner Edixon Cuicas, spotted two subjects in suspicious attitudes, being these approached by the Police Commission.
Apparently the two carried some bags, one of them military type, generating curiosity among the PNB members tried to approach individuals.
However, the subjects belonging to the band “The Chevrolet”, noticed the presence of the authorities, and without thinking they brought out their firearms in order to shoot the uniformed.
-The officials of the Rural Police Division immediately responded to the aggression, exchanging shots with the thugs. However, they managed to flee from the site entering the forested area of Malpica-El Toro, but leaving the bags they carried.
The troops immediately approached to review what the suspects had thrown, and they were surprised to locate the four war materials, putting this case to the order of the Sixth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry in the Aragua state.

It is worth emphasizing that Rural Police officials in the Aragua state and other PNB officials throughout the country are fighting criminal organizations in order to reestablish tranquility in communities that are living in anxiety because of these criminal groups, and with the purpose of preserving peace in the nation.
In addition, the PNB Rural Police Service continues after the track of the leader of the criminal gang, aka “Manuel Chevrolet”, and will not rest until this dangerous organization that operates in that area of the Aragua state.
