The truth is that the authorities arrested three agents of the INPE today, allegedly involved in the scandalous escape.
Thus, Guillermo Huacachi Salas, Ricardo Salas Pérez and César Inga Vásquez are investigated for the alleged crime of favoring to escape
The escaped inmate, John Kennedy Javier Sebastián (22), was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime against heritage, after being found guilty of the robbery of a minimarket in Lince in 2023.
According to América News, Salas Pérez was in charge of Pavilion 10, where the inmate was held, while Huacachi and Inga in those responsible for the Garitas N ° 6 and No. 4, respectively, located in the section where the escape would have occurred.
The detainees were transferred to the headquarters of the Depincri San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL).
