The bank of Venezuela (BDV) offers financing of projects that promote the growth of the entrepreneurial sector.

According to the information shared through the Banking Entity web portal, the credibility with the objective of promoting the diversification of the production of goods and services.

This financial support is channeled through the EmprendeBDV program, an initiative that allows entrepreneurs to access resources for the consolidation of their businesses.

Financing characteristics

The program offers key benefits for applicants, including:

• Specialized care, technical assistance and accompaniment by the General Management Business of Entrepreneurships.

• Financing amount Based on the feasibility of the project, considering the payment capacity generated by entrepreneurship.

• Financing period up to 60 months.

• Flexible payment methodwith monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or semiannual fees, calculated depending on the Investment Index (IDI) and expressed in credit value units (UVC).

• Free guaranteealthough in some cases guarantees may be required such as bail, prediction guarantee or furniture mortgage.

Credit for entrepreneurs: requirements and collections to request financing

To access the EmprendeBDV program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• To be BDV Customer.

• Register on the Entrepreneurship platform www.emprenderjuntos.gob.ve

• Be a natural, Venezuelan or foreign naturalized person.

• Complete the registration in the EmprendeBDV program.

In addition, they must consign the following documentation:

• Valid identity or passport card (In case of not having it, presenting Saime Appointment Support).

• Refreshment.

• Notaries of the agent (and apply).

Financial requirements

Applicants must also submit:

• Certificate of the National Registry of Entrepreneurships (RNE) (Only for CREDIALPRENDE BDV).

• Last 3 bank account states with customer identification in other financial institutions.

• Last Declaration of the ISRL With its electronic internet reception certificate.

• Detailed budget of good, merchandise or remodeling to be acquired with the requested credit.

• Title of property or award of the assets associated with economic activity.

• Photographic Report of the activity carried out, including images of the business facade, the applicant in his activity, the inventory and sales tests carried out through social networks or WhatsApp.
