This Sunday, May 4, Max premieres the fourth chapter of the second season of The last of Us at 22 (Argentine time). After the launch of the third, the platform published an advance in its social networks that left everyone expectant.

Third Sunday of The Last of Us And the trauma is repeated. The characters and fans cry the death of Joel once again, but the regrets come to an end (until we become aware that his silhouette is no longer in the opening) and begins to delineate the arc of revenge led by Ellie.
The chapter advances without too many shocks and seeks to fire one of the most beloved characters in the strip, without losing sight of the continuation of the story. There are no action scenes, but rather of determination and closure.

How Jackson continues after the invasion
The first minutes of the new episode show how Jackson was after the attack of the infected. Tommy sees his brother’s inert body, cleans him and dismisses him with a lethal phrase.
“He gave up to Sarah,” he says, referring to his niece, who died in 2003 in the hands of a military when the pandemic began to spread his spores.
Ellie wakes up at the hospital, crowded with people who suffered the consequences of the invasion. Shock is huge and their screams pierce the mind and heart of viewers. Until here, it is confirmed once again that the production of the series is ideal and knows where to hit to generate empathy with the character of Bella Ramsey.
Three months after horror
Three months later, the people rebuild between funerals and farewells. The wall, which had been completely destroyed by a Bloater (or Gordinflon, as called in the video game), rise again to protect people, but it is not yet ready and all fear for a new attack.
After that time, Ellie is discharged from the hospital and confesses to Gail, the psychologist, who misses Joel, as long as she lets her go. While she is still her and pretends that everything is fine, it shows that the pain passes her.
Going home alone, seeing furniture, dishes, rooms, clothes, everything as Joel left it, is very hard. Memories arrive in Burbotones and there it is impossible not to break with her.
The tears are made a side when Dina arrives and confesses that she knows who they killed or at least they were accomplices of Joel’s death. In this scene, Ellie’s revenge arc begins to arm.
The young woman is clear about her goal: to kill Abby at all costs. Dina knows that the team trained and belongs to the Washintong Liberation Front (WLF), whose symbol is the head of a wolf with yellow letters. The famous Eugene (who we still do not know much at least for the series) told him about them a while ago and assured them that they were an anti-infradra group.
A divided people
Ellie and Dina ask Tommy to support them and ask the Council to approve a patrol of 16 people to travel to Seattle and take revenge for Joel. He tells them that it is not so easy, especially because the people are still recovering from what happened.
Jesse was promoted and now occupies a bench in the Council. Before the debate, the young man (who became a boyfriend with Dina) advises Ellie to write her ideas and defend the plan against the neighbors.
“I look for what you guaranteed: justice. Do what is necessary to get justice. I beg you. Do it for us,” says the girl firmly. According to Gail, they are words that will hide their true thirst for blood.
The Council refuses to take Ellie’s request. Eight votes against three. Tommy is worried about Ellie and confesses to the psychologist who fears that Joel’s path will follow. “I am a psychiatrist for 40 years. There are people who cannot be saved,” the specialist confesses.
Dina and Ellie: joined by the same cause
Not satisfied with the decision, Ellie gets ready to go after Abby. Dina knows that she will go alone without a well -defined plan and adds to the cause, but it is not the only one.
Seth, the man who complained because both were kissing everyone at the end of the year party, gets ammunition and a better rifle for Ellie.
On the way, the girls stop in the cemetery and Ellie dismisses Joel for the last time. Yes, the crying cataract returns. She leaves her coffee beans and continues her route, sure she is honoring her name.
On the way, the event of the kiss is again approached and, when the romance seems to bloom once again, both trampled it as a dandelion in the wild field. Nice tension is generated between the two.
The prophet and her followers
Along with these events, a diverse group of people who leave Seattle appears on the scene. They all have a cut face, marks on their faces at the height of the cheeks; a white symbol in its gray layers; and hammers as only protection and attack tools.
On the way, the dialogue of a man with a girl reveals that they are a nomadic group that 10 years ago is serving a woman named the prophet. Until now, nothing more of them is known. Perhaps those who played the game, surely they were surprised by their appearance (or at least they already expected it).
That small group reappears in the series when Ellie and Dina cross their bodies watered in the forest. According to them, everyone was fleeing something or someone. Both think they were Abby and his team, and although the stage looks worse than expected, they continue to travel to Seattle.
The wolves, ex-luciérnagas, advance through the streets at a military pace. They are not a group of five. There are many more than calculated. And when the tension rises on a large scale, the chapter is completed. Another week with the heart in your hand!
