GUADALAJARA 7 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Provincial Court of Guadalajara has sentenced fifteen years in jail for a crime of murder with alevosía to LMLM, the stabbing accused that ended the life of MS on June 15, 2024, in the neighborhood of the Alamín de Guadalajara.
This has been issued by the Provincial Court after the popular juror declared the accused guilty on April 25, as reflected in the sentence collected by Europa Press.
In civil liability, the accused is sentenced to compensate GS and VC, brothers of the deceased, in the amount of 20,000 euros to each.
-In addition, the fertilizer is decreed, for the fulfillment of the prison sentence, of all the time of deprivation of liberty that he has suffered because of this cause, since June 19, 2024, which was arrested, being in provisional prison since June 20, 2024. The situation of provisional prison of the conviction is maintained in the terms already agreed until the firmness of this resolution.
Against the sentence, appeal, before the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla La Mancha, within ten days.
The Fiscal Ministry, in its final conclusions, described the facts referred to in this procedure as legally constituting a crime of murder with the alevosía, requesting that the penalty of 25 years in prison be imposed.
For its part, the defendant’s defense requested that the facts be qualified as a crime of reckless homicide and, more subsidiarily as a crime of homicide, with the exempt of having acted in a state of full poisoning for the consumption of alcoholic beverages, toxic and narcotic drugs and equally, requested that the mitigating man had applied to have acted out passionate
