Nine centers compete in Alicante for representing the province in the National Youth Installors Contest

Alicante.New centers in the of Alicante have participated this in the Provincial Youth Installors Contestorganized by the Provincial Association of Electrical Montajes and Telecommunications (APPEME), in collaboration with the National Federation of Employment of Electrical Facilities, Telecommunications and Air conditioning of Spain (Fenie).

The competition, held at the IES Antonio José Cavanilles in Alicante, has consisted of the practical assembly of an electrical installation on board, designed by the organization. Participating have been evaluated by a technical jury based on their skills, precision and technical knowledge.

The participating centers have been IES Navarro Santafé (Villena), IES Antonio José Cavanilles (Alicante), IES El Palmeral (Orihuela), Cipfp Canastell (San Vicente del Raspeig), IES Sixto Marco (Elche), IES Cotes Baixes (Alcoy), IES Azud de Alfeitamí and IES Manuel Brosseta (Banyeres de Mariola).

The objective of the contest, in addition to promoting the necessary collaboration between the company and professional , is to select the representative of the Province for the National Youth Installers, to be held from November 18 to 20 in , within the framework of the Matelec and Genera fairs, organized by IFEMA.

After a hard and fierce deliberation, based on technical criteria, such as the quality of the assembly, the fulfillment of the proposed scheme and the skill demonstrated the practical test, the jury has decided that the winner who will represent the sector in Madrid will be Antonio Bueno Ortsby IES Antonio José Cavanilles.

More than 760 companies in Apeme

Apeme, which represents more than 760 installation companies in the province of Alicante, highlighted the commitment to public professional training and the value of this initiative to technical vocation, boost employability and strengthen the future of the electricity sector.

With initiatives such as this, APEME reinforces its commitment to the public professional training of the province, consolidating its role as a reference entity for the electrical installation sector. The Association reiterates its willingness to continue supporting this type of initiatives, key to promoting employability and strengthening the future of the sector.
