Pakistan accuses India of launching missiles against her own population
Likewise, Pakistan’s army accused India on Saturday of launching missiles that hit their own population and attacking with drones and missiles parts of Afghanistan, which said that “he is pushing the entire region towards war.”
Recently, India fired six ballistic missiles from Udhampur, one of which hit the city and five in the Amritsar area, in the Indian Punjab, ”said the general director of the Pakistani Army Media Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif in a press conference.
“This is a shocking event, a first -order provocation, since India has begun to shoot ballistic missiles against its own population,” he added.
The military also denounced that the Indian army had fired missiles and carried out drones attacks against Afghanistan, saying that India “is pushing the entire region towards war.”
The de facto government of the Taliban in Afghanistan has not so far confirmed the alleged Indian attack.
Cross -border conflict
Afghanistan borders Pakistan, which has been the goal of several missile attacks and Indian drones in recent days.
According to Sharif, the last of these Indian attacks occurred this morning, when “India fired Air-Tierra missiles” against the air bases in the Pakistani localities of Nur Khan, Mureed and Shorkot.
However, he argued that all Pakistani military facilities are safe.
This announcement occurs after the Pakistani army attributed missile attacks against India, including military facilities.
One of the supposedly attacked Indian bases was that of Udhampur, located in the Kashmir administered by India, and where Sharif said that Indian missiles had hit the city.
According to the Pakistani army, the Pathankot aerodrome, in Punjab, was also destroyed.
The India and Pakistan are going through one of the most serious military escalations in decadeswhile the forces of both parties inform of attacks on the other side.
This would be the first case of this type since the Kargil War in 1999, a year after India and Pakistan formally became nuclear states.
