An internal line of the opposition justicialism to the leadership of Gustavo Fita, asks the party to urgently summon a provincial congress to define the rules of the internal selection game of candidates for the legislative elections of October 26.
The request was formalized yesterday afternoon by the congressman of the Biedma Department, Facundo Moreyra, before the president of Congress, Armando Moyano, and has the support of several sectors throughout the province. Moreyra, who comes from one of the “federal peronism” lines, will inform Rawson’s Federal Court tomorrow about this same presentation.
Precisely, Monday expires the maximum term that the federal judge with electoral competence, Hugo Sastre, gave Chubut’s parties and alliances to inform how they are going to choose the candidates having been subject to them.
Judge Sastre’s request, formulated in mid -April, is in tune with a recent agreed of the National Electoral Chamber, which asks all the country’s political groups to say what are the internal mechanisms that will arbitrate to select the candidates.
