Quito, May 5 (EFE) .- A court in Ecuador ratified the eight-month prison sentence against the cause of one of the forest that put Quito in check year, the capital of the country, as reported Monday in a statement the Prosecutor’s Office.

The prosecutor refuted this allegation, explaining that the event occurred at approximately 4:00 p.m. local (21:00 GMT) of September 24 and that the defendant was at 12:00 local time (17:00 GMT) of September 25, within 24 hours stipulated by the Ecuadorian Criminal Code.

The Prosecutor’s Office also refuted the convicted lawyer, who sought to doubt the coherence of the testimony of a face -to -face witness who observed how Dylan Alberto A. began the forest .
