MILWAUKEE — Willy Adames hit an RBI single in the 10th and the Milwaukee Brewers beat the White Sox 4-3 on Saturday as Chicago extended its losing streak to 10 games.

Adames had a two-run single with two outs in the seventh.

Chicago’s Garrett Crochet struck out eight in six one-run innings. Crochet has been one of the few bright spots for the White Sox and came in allowing just two runs in four starts, striking out 32 in 23 innings.

Home runs by Andrew Benintendi and Gavin Sheets helped Crochet take a 3-1 lead against rookie left-hander Robert Gasser.

Gasser distributed seven hits in five innings, but still struck out three and had no walks. He has only allowed one walk in 29 innings.

The Brewers’ offense took the load off Gasser with Adames’ two-run single in the seventh. Adames’ game-winning hit in the 10th was off Michael Koepch (1-5).

Chicago has lost 14 of 15 games, while the Brewers, leaders of the NL Central, have won four in a row and seven in their last nine.

For the White Sox, Venezuelans Lenyn Sosa 3-1, William Contreras 4-1 with two runs scored, Jackson Chourio 2-0. The Dominicans Adames 5-2 with three RBIs, Gary Sánchez 3-0
