ATLANTA — Sean Murphy hit a pair of two-run homers, Reynaldo López pitched five scoreless innings and the Atlanta Braves completed a three-game sweep of the Detroit Tigers with a 7-0 victory on Wednesday.

Lopez (5-2) lowered his MLB-leading ERA to 1.57. He allowed five hits, walked one and struck out six. He has also allowed only four runs in 40 2/3 innings in six starts this year.

The Braves finished a six-game homestand with a 5-1 record and have won six of their last seven. They allowed only two runs in the entire series.

Murphy, a National League All-Star last year, was batting just .135 in 15 games this season. The catcher finished 4-4, with four RBIs this game.

Dominican Ramón Laureano finished 4-2, with a home run — his second of the season and first with the Braves. Ozzie Albies 4-2, with an RBI and a score.

For the Tigers, Dominican Wenceel Pérez is 4-2. Colombian Gio Urshela 4-2. Cuban Andy Ibáñez 4-2.

For the Braves, Dominican Marcell Ozuna 3-0. Venezuelan Orlando Arcia 4-0.
