The Ecuadorian National Team achieved an important victory against Jamaica to remain in competition in the Copa Américawhile Venezuela did the same against Mexico and is finally the first classified from group B to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
With the victory of Ecuador and Venezuela, Conmebol dominates Group B over Concacafand the elimination of the Jamaican National Team from this tournament was also determined once and for all. This is how the Group B standings looked:

On the last date of group B, Ecuador and Mexico will decide the last team in Group B, while Venezuela will face Jamaica with the intention of finishing undefeated. These matches will be played next Sunday, June 30.
To qualify for the quarterfinals of the Copa América, the Ecuadorian National Team only needs a draw against Mexico. Ecuador’s goal difference is much better and that allows it to handle several results, however, it also has the possibility of being the leader and thus avoiding Argentina in the quarterfinals.

The Ecuadorian National Team will play in the 2024 Copa América their last game against Mexico next Sunday, June 30, 2024. The match will also start at 19:00 (EC) and will be played in a unified manner like the match between Venezuela and Jamaica.
